It is the SenseHero 1.4 theme ported to MCR3.2 Beta 5 base with minor ui adjustments as i just love this theme as it is apart from that horid notification header which i changed.
The framework-res resources have again been optimized and all apps/framework files have been deodexed.

123 INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Run a Nandroid backup
2. FULL WIPE
3. Flash SenseHero-1.4-MCR3.2-Core_signed.zip
Please follow the below instructions if you wish to bring back Htc Flipping Clock Widget as shown in screenshots above.
[Additional] HTC Flipping Clock Widget - (Flash Only after completing Initial HTC Setup)
4. Once HTC Setup has complete reboot device into Recovery Mode
5. Flash Flipping-HtcClockWidget_signed.zip
6. Reboot Device
Tips
Turn off "Vibrate when typing" for the best possible typing experience
Enable Animations, navigate to Spare Parts application and set "Windows animations" & "Transition animations" to "Fast", this rom handles it very well.
