I have stripped/removed a number of additional apps from the build which are not required, an optional update.zip will be provided to get these back.

123 INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Run a Nandroid backup
2. FULL WIPE
3. Flash SenseHero-X.X_update_signed.zip


HTC Flipping Clock Widget - (Flash Only after completing Initial HTC Setup)

4. Once HTC Setup has complete reboot device into Recovery Mode
5. Flash Flipping-HtcClockWidget_signed.zip
6. Reboot Device


Tips

Turn off "Vibrate when typing" and enable "Sound feedback" for a better typing experience.
Enable Animations, navigate to Spare Parts application and set "Windows animations" & "Transition animations" to "Fast", this rom handles it very well.
