Intro to this wonderful new ROM:
OpenHero is a new completely open source ROM for GSM hero. Though android is already "open-source" I will allow you to customize it however you would like, so I will include a very simple but yet powerful kitchen by dsixda for all you people that love to have everything just how to want it (PC/MAC/Linux). I only ask that if you rehash this rom, PM me first.
Well lets just make this clear, quiet a bit of credits go to robin04 for making Androbin! I am using quiet a bit of stuff from it, with a couple of my own enhancements of course . I am surerobin04 would love some donations from you!

Instructions:
1-have this Radio (63.18.55.06JU_6.35.09.26) 
2-reboot into recovery and do Nandroid backup
3- Wipe everything, including davik cache and sd ext
4- Flash the OpenHero
5- Report back for reviews and problems
Recommended- GET Juice Defender, Works wonders!
