I found out the problem caused by the first boot freeze !!
in 0.7 I used a new Apps2SD which keeps the cache in the internal memory (faster in theory!).
so people who don't use Apps2sd and don't have an EXT3 partition on their SD card, have to wipe again after flashing..
I'll try to fix this in the next release
another thing: This ROM is very stable and for "every-day" use in case you did NOT neither flash Launcher2, nor used heavy Live Wallpapers !!
