I have yet to test everything but I post the rom for the community it helps me to correct any problem and for sharing
It's really a beta version and if you want a 100% functional as do not flash this rom

Installation 
- Wipe (data, partition and ext davilk)
- Flash ROM
- Reboot
- Warning first start does not choose a theme just hit the return key


FAQ: 
- If all the widgets are not present HTC went into the menu-> setting-> Applications-> Manage Application-> HTC Sense-> Clear data
- Change theme crashed the HERO but restart and the theme is applied
